Top-up means adding credit to your account so that you can continue to make calls, send messages and use other services.
It's easy to top-up your account instantly - anytime and anywhere. Using a debit card, you can make a one-off payment online on 'My Account,' by text, or by calling Customer Services. Best of all, you can set up Automatic Top-up online.
With online Top-up you can make a one time debit card payment, which will credit your account by any amount between £10 and £100. To make an online top-up, log onto 'My Account' and select 'Top-up.' This will take you to our secure payment area where you can select the amount and enter your debit card details.
Top-up by Text
Top-up by Text allows you to add to your account anytime, anywhere. To use the Top-up by Text service, you must first pre-register details of a valid debit card details with our secure payment partner.
Once you have registered a valid debit card on all you need to do is send a text to our short code 4532 and your balance will be credited instantly.
To do this, log onto 'My Account' and select 'Register for Top-up by Text.' This will take you to our secure payment registration area. Once registered, you can start topping-up by entering 'TOP [£] [Password]' and sending this text message to 4532.
[£] being the amount to top-up and can be any value between £10 and £100.
[Password] is your password for your account.
Example: TOP 20 123456
This text will charge £20 to your debit card and credit your account by the same amount, as long as the digits shown by '123456' match your Password.
Remember to delete the text message after topping-up your account. This will reduce the risk of fraud in the possible event that your mobile phone was stolen.
Automatic Top-up ensures that you never run out of credit in the middle of a phone call. This online service will automatically top-up your account, with any amount you have chosen, whenever your balance falls below the minimum threshold of £3. Find out more about Automatic Top-up.
