If you lose your SIM card, either by accident or if you're unfortunate enough to have your phone stolen, don't worry. Just call us. We will make sure that your old SIM card is blocked instantly and order you a replacement SIM card.

To order a replacement SIM card, log onto your account and click 'SIM Replacement.' Or call 4532 from a Family Mobile handset or 0800 112 4350 from any other mobile or landline and speak to Customer Services.

We will charge a £5 shipping and handling fee to send you a new SIM card.

You will be asked to enter a reason for the request, and to accept our handling fee. Your old SIM card will be blocked once you have ordered the replacement.

If your SIM card is stolen or missing, call us as soon as possible. You will not be liable for calls that might be made on your SIM card once we've blocked your SIM card, as calls from your account would then be blocked. Call Customer Services on 0800 112 4350.
