Itemised Bill is your online statement that gives you detailed information on your account. It helps you to keep an eye on your spending and to check the mobile activities on your account.
Itemised Bill provides detailed information on your outgoing calls, texts and emails. It will also show details of incoming and outgoing calls and texts while you are abroad, and any data download activities.
You can browse your statement by type of call, by specific time periods, and get a detailed report on how you are spending your credit.
Please note: Our billing process is as close to real time as possible. Charges for calls and text messages are usually applied to your account within a few minutes of them being made. However, if you are abroad it can take several days for all charges to be taken from your Family Mobile account. This is because we have to receive these charges from other network operators abroad. Once we receive this information, we update your account immediately.
How to activate: Itemised Bill is always active and is available to all customers.
