Call Divert enables you to forward incoming calls to another number. You can divert all calls, including unanswered calls when you are out of reach or if your phone is switched off.
The most common destination for call diverts is your Voicemail. However, you can also divert calls to any UK mobile or landline telephone number. It is free of charge to divert your calls to your Voicemail. If you divert your calls to another UK mobile or landline number, it will cost you 9p per minute.
To activate Call Divert, please refer to the manual that came with your handset, or the manufacturer's online guide.
Please note: Your Voicemail has to be activated before setting up Call Divert. To activate speed dial on your handset you need to call 222 and then follow the instructions given.
How to activate: The service is active on the network but you need to set up your own divert rules on your handset.
